From Wednesday 16-06-2021 the library will be open to the public from 8:30-16:30. During this phase of operation apart from lending and interlibrary loan services, reading space will also be open.
Reading space:
Due to the special circumstances and operating in a fixed space the library can only accommodate certain amount of users concurrently. Safety measures have been taken in order to achieve a 1,5 m distance and to satisfy as many users possible. All users are obliged to supply and wear face covering inside the library. There are hand sanitizing stations upon entering and exiting. The users who are required to take a Covid self test may be asked to present the document proving it.
The use of the reading room is allowed ONLY by pre-booking. The time spent for reading and studying is limited. The appointments available are: 9.00-11.00, 11.30-13.30, 14.00-16.00. When arriving, you may use your own books as well as limited library material . The total number of books used by each visitor cannot exceed 5 items. Access to all library material is permitted only to the staff. Upon your departure, the books will be returned to the loan counter to be marked and placed in a 3-day mandatory quarantine.

BOOK LOAN: Borrowing extends to undergraduate students.
BOOK LOAN APPLICATION: Anyone wishing to borrow books seeks the titles in the library catalogue OPAC and then submits there request (book titles and class numbers) through the loan form. Notification that the request has been processed will arrive by e-mail.
DAILY BOOK LOAN: It is borrowing with return of books on the same day for external users who do not have the right to borrow. Submit a daily loan form.
INTERLIBRARY BOOK LOAN APPLICATION: Borrowing of books, which do not exist in our library, from libraries of other universities participating in interloaning. Submit an interloan form.
